Frankly My Dear

I came in this morning looking for a birthday present for my daughter with no clue what to get. Ariana and Sarah were in store and without hesitation helped me with pure enthusiasm! They picked out many beautiful pieces but I ended up choosing a bracelet which they gift wrapped so beautifully. The store and customer service was the best I’ve experienced at Pacific Fair and I will definitely be back. Thank you Ariana and Sarah!

My friends and I had the most amazing experience at this store !!! Searching for some birthday present pieces, we were met with exceptional service from the lovely ladies in store. Ruby was so extremely helpful and lovely, giving us the run down for the engraving on the jewellery that we needed all with a smile on her face!!! This type of service is what makes you want to return to a store, and all the ladies in store greeting us all with smiles on arrival shows the positive nature of the store! This shop is a 10/10, all due to the staff making the experience amazing. + the jewellery is stunning !!!!!

I would just like to take a minute to say a huge thank you to Jess and Kylie who have been helping me to exchange a necklace for a more suitable one for me and purchase some extra items. I went to the store yesterday and was served by Shyla. The service was outstanding. She was patient and gave great advice, never trying to oversell, instead spending time to understand what I needed. Anne the store manager was also great! Love the product AND the service!

I have not received my order yet, but I just had to take a minute to commend the customer service I have received from Frankly My Dear! I enquired about adding extra charms to a bracelet, which they responded to so promptly and so helpfully, with ample information and options. It was such an easy process to add this customisation to my piece, and the whole process felt very personalised and not like I was just another online "cart". Thank you for your help, team! I came in today for originally three permanent bracelets I decided I wanted to double it. The girls were extremely accommodating, fast and kind. They answered all questions, explained it easily and were able to gime me what I wanted. I added a permanent necklace as well which was a great add. Highly recommend checking them out if you are in the coast.

I didn’t have a good experience here. Yes, their jewellery are so beautiful. But the ladies that work there are too judgement and rude. They were rushing us, judging us.. It didn’t feel a place where anyone was welcomed. Very uncomfortable.
