Five stars! The customer service at Susan Rose Jewellery is as exceptional as the jewellery itself. Doesn’t tarnish and lasts so well! Tia was so helpful in helping me choose pieces that work well together. I will definitely be a returning customer!
The most beautiful jewellery and customer service!! Everything I have bought (for myself as well as gifts) has been incredibly durable, and the best quality. Very happy and will definitely be back!
I love going into Susan Rose Jewellery there’s always something new and beautiful to see. I adore my pieces, and the girls are always so friendly, smiley, and helpful. Highly recommend.
Bought a tennis bracelet while being told that if anything goes wrong to come back and she will replace it. One stone came out after a couple of months so called and was told that she will return my call but didn't so I message her and nothing again. Be wary of the warranty when purchasing.
Best jewellery store everrrr! Would recommend this place over anything else. Great service and really nice workers!
Absolutely stunning jewellery and gorgeous staff always feel so welcomed there! The new collection is also divine!
