Total Tools Blacktown

Matthew and his colleague working today are absolutely amazing. Matthew went out off his way to think of a tool that might help me, tried to help me with the car issue with the tool and then gave me ideas on how to fix the issue. He truly went above and beyond, even refusing any of my attempts to say thank you or show my appreciation. Truly amazing staff member/store manager who was just happy to help even if it wasn't just a sale. 10/10.

I arrived late afternoon in the Store, Liam remembered me from my previous visit and asked how I went with the jigsaw blades. I found him very friendly, loved his willingness to assist immediately. Nice to see staff who really want to help customers.

Walked in at 3:30 for a 4pm close and didn’t feel rushed at all. Within two steps of walking in the door I was greeted by Albin. I told him what I needed, and he took me straight to the compressors. We discussed the products and differences, he helped me with connectors, and finalised the purchase. Great conversation the whole way through. Honestly, in a world where service is often treated as an optional extra, this was refreshing and genuinely appreciated.

Had a large click & collect order. Caleb greeted me as I entered, went through the entire order to make sure everything was there and even helped me carry everything to my van! Thanks Caleb!

I’ve never met someone as passionate about ensuring I had a great in-store experience as Liam. His knowledge and expertise were incredibly helpful, especially since I had no idea what I needed. His approachable and kind manner made the whole experience so much better.

I visited today looking for a spare part for one of my tools, and I was blown away by the service I received. Jamie was incredibly helpful — his professional experience and genuine willingness to assist made a huge difference. Thanks to his flexibility and support, I was able to avoid waiting a week or more without the part. It truly saved me a lot of trouble. Matt in sales was also fantastic — professional, kind, and patient. He took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly so I could buy and order the tools I needed with confidence. Their teamwork and professionalism really stood out and made a strong impression. I’ll definitely be coming back to Total Tools Blacktown whenever I need anything in the future.
