Just go to kmart for your costume jewellery , much cheaper and the same quality. Honestly don't spurof the moment buy from here, you will regret it. After sales service is bad as well. Manager no help at all , didn't even try and come to the party, the man that always works there was compassionate about my situation. Ring was resized and started changing colour almost immediately. Ring had no hallmark from new. Just get a ring from a vending machine would be worth the same. Lesson learnt. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID

Last Thursday I purchased a pair of hoop earrings that have a bonus safety catch. I found out today as I went to wear them, that It is no bonus, as one of the catches does not work. I am too scared to wear them in fear of losing one. I called a store to find out they are in receivership and nothing can be done about it. I was given a number to call and await a response as they have "a high number of calls at present". Beware of your purchase. I was not advised of the business situation and am very upset.

I had the privilege of meeting Judie, Josh & Jen They were all so incredibly patient with me choosing my engagement and wedding rings. Absolutely an amazing team, cannot recommend this store enough ! With the team and the prices you cannot go wrong with this place ! ( didn’t get a chance to meet Tracey but heard great things ☺️)

Josh & Jenny were literally the sweetest and so helpful! Went to so many jewellery stores and compared to everywhere else, they really spent the time with me and talked to me like a friend and not a sales person.

Custom made is not the case. A nightmare experience with negative memories surrounding my engagement. Definitely memorable but for all the wrong reasons
