Yesterday while my wife was shopping at your Bendigo Marketplace store. The customer service she received was less than satisfactory.The young staff member who assisted her was quite rude and did not display the level of courtesy or professionalism expected in retail. My wife felt that the staff member lacked basic customer service skills, such as being polite and friendly, which made the experience unpleasant. As a loyal customer, she believes that good customer service is key to a positive shopping experience. She would suggest providing additional training or guidance to your team to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

Visited this store yesterday and purchased some earrings on a 3 for $15 deal, and a pair from what I assumed was $3 rack. However after paying I realised I was charged $32 instead of what should have been $18. When I returned back to the store less than a minute later and told them I believed I had been overcharged, I was informed that the ‘$3’ earrings I had picked up had actually been $18 because there was no coloured sticker on the back. The lady working up the front had told me it had been busy that day and someone must have put them back in the wrong spot, which I totally understand, but there was no sign anywhere indicating that it was only stickered products that where $3. When she relayed this to her coworker she made it sound like it was my fault for not knowing this. When I asked for a refund I was told that they ‘can’t return earrings for health and safety reasons’ even though I had only just bought them and wouldn’t even have had enough time to put them in my ears. They literally confirmed to me that they knew I had only just purchased them and still wouldn’t do anything. They also refused to honour the price from the rack they were on even though it was not my fault they were in the wrong spot or made aware it was only marked items on sale. On top of this my digital receipt was not sent until over 30 minutes later. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Sav was incredibly friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect jewelry pieces for an upcoming event. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and made excellent recommendations that suited my style. Sav’s positive attitude and attention to detail made my shopping experience a breeze, and I left the store feeling confident in my choices. The Lovisa jewellery store at the Bendigo Market Place deserves the highest praise. I was in there today about 1pm and wanted 4 pairs of pierced earrings, on special for $10.00. The nice young lady who helped me choose what l needed was lovely. So was the other younger girl who served me. I was very impressed with the effort she took to wrap up my package and place it in an impressive Lovisa branded small black bag with ribbon handles, and black tissue paper filling up the space at top. And all this for only a $10.00 purchase. They have a good variety of stock to choose from too. Thank you girls. You are a credit to your employer. I will be back to buy more for sure. 💕

Very disappointed as I purchased a ring set that had extremely difficult ties attached to it. I highly recommend doing an evaluation on your products as one of the rings broke. Staff are too pushy and when asking for service they are too worried about their expensive range.

Disappointed in this store. As staff memeber never gave receipt and went back closed before closing time, and called to exchange staff gave me a dirty look as she stood in the store when l called. Answered phone and then asked if l could exchange and l said l wasnt local could l go to another store and was told no only at that store. No offer to assist me at all.
