Went against wishes to be notified if work required ordering of parts which would be significantly more expensive than the subpar attempt of welding my watch band that they tried passing off to me. These people are obviously miserable and don't like what they do. All staff are putridly rude and arrogant over the phone and they will hang up on you if you decide to tell them you're not happy with their customer service. The gentleman will throw a wobbly in-store if you explain you're not happy with his "workmanship". Trust me, don't waste your time.

I took in a working wall clock. The chime was out of sync, so I asked if they could fix it. No problem they said. After 3 weeks I went in to see if it was fixed. We will call you they said. I finally got a text 3 and a half MONTHS later telling me it was ready. (I had called numerous times and went into the store numerous times before this). I picked up the clock. The metal original mechanics have been replaced by cheap plastic. They charged me $170. I have put the clock up and now the chimes DON’T WORK AT ALL. I have never experienced such a total lack of service or integrity from a business. Not once did I receive a call asking if I wanted the mechanics to be replaced or to even update me on what was happening. I feel liked I was totally ripped off and scammed.

Needed some links taken out of a citizen watch given to me as a birthday present, left it with Angela and Mark for 30 minutes while I went for coffee and received a text to say it was ready - very happy with the price and service.

This company charged me a fortune, destroyed my beautiful chiming wall clock, and lost the key for it. I would not advise anyone to use their poor services!!!

Went to buy a new watch and found the perfect one in the window, went inside and the ladies were so nice and obviously experts in their field, took my Pierre Cardin watch into them the next day, my beloved late husband gave it to me about 15 years ago but it needed a new battery, a good clean and a couple of the Swarovski crystals replaced. I picked it up today and I was extremely impressed with the result. My beautiful watch looked like it was new. Can’t recommend them enough, extremely professional and very friendly service. Plus I also bought the most gorgeous pair of earrings. Won’t go anywhere else for anything to do with my two beautiful watches. Thanks so much.

The Watch Doctor is Out... First, let me say I try to support the locals where I can. I dropped a couple watches in there for easy work (battery change and capacitor change) was told they'd be ready the next day. Get a quote for the Seiko capacitor change for $130, the watch is worth $100 but I've owned it for thirty years so I sign the go ahead. I go in the next day, not ready. They tell me they will send a text when the watch is ready. A week later I get a text that tells me the quote for the Seiko is now $300 and do I want to go ahead? (Without any extra detail regarding the work required.) I tell them "no" and I get a reply within minutes that says "no problem at all", which seems a little strange... A week or so after I dropped the watch off, I go in to pick it up, incomplete as the job is. I ask why the quote is so much higher only to be told that they have sent my watch to another watchmaker??? I hate to do this because the watchmaker is suffering some health issues that affect the work, or so I was told, but this poor service deserves a one star review.

Over priced for service. Fixed a tiny little thing and charged too much. They don't deserve a star even. They ripped me with over priced and then behaved rude. So bad experience with them, not going back or will not recommend anyone. Business with robbery 😡
