I’d like to say thank you very much to ‘Ella’ your customer service was very lovely. It’s hard to come by young people who actually put in effort with customers these days but Ella was very friendly, polite and attended to all the customers in the room upon arrival and going back to check in on them (she was by herself as I assume the other staff member was on lunch break and she handled the sales floor very well!) I even had a question about something and she went out of her way to help me find the answer on Google- which she didn’t need to do as I could have done it myself but it felt like her way of going above and beyond and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my sale as a customer. I ended up buying more than I intended as I just felt like I was shopping with a friend! Thank you very much Ella!

I visited the Pandora Bathurst store this week and unfortunately didn’t have a welcoming experience. When I entered, I smiled at a young team member with a long brown ponytail, but she didn’t acknowledge me or return the gesture. She wasn’t wearing a name badge, so I wasn’t able to identify her, but her behaviour made me feel uncomfortable and as though I wasn’t welcome in her store. Because of this, I ended up leaving without making a purchase. It was disappointing, as I usually enjoy shopping with Pandora and had intended to buy something during my visit. I’ll continue to support the brand online - however I won’t be returning to this store.

Have been here twice so far and the experience was ok. Had to order in a ring the first time and it came super quick. Second time i rang to confirm stock on hand, told there was none but i could order online and use a QR code instore for free shipping. Went in the next day to scan a code and they had what i wanted on display. Got it that day, but some of the staff may need to be a little more helpful and make a bit more effort

The two ladies in the store where absolutely lovely and professional! Busy, yes, but acknowledged and checked in with everyone in store (and there was a fair few). I only bought a new charm, but made use of Pandora's cleaning services and tried on some different sized bracelets, and was met with a positive attitude and advice. That being said... The reviews from their first days of opening were unnecessarily harsh. It's a fresh store opening during the busiest time of year, these ladies are all learning their new jobs and serving insane numbers of people and dealing with some absolute gems I'm sure. A bit of compassion and kindness towards our retail workers goes a long way!

Stood around to be served, 15 minutes I waited. Both workers were with customers, however 1 customer couldn’t decide so she said twice to the worker serve someone else - which the worker decided to stand and look and wait instead. In 15 minutes I never even got a "do you need help" or "won’t be long" - just straight up ignorance. In all fairness the lady helping with the engraving machine was quite held up but her colleague is simply letting the store down. Don’t do customer service if you can’t provide the tools and efforts that come with it. Went to Prouds and got given acknowledgement multiple times in my waiting period and had much better products on offer - not clay. And for much better prices.

After a quite tragic few months, myself and family visited Bathurst Pandora to engrave some jewellery. Bec was absolutely amazing! She talked us through all our options for personalising and prices. She was immensely patient while we decided what charms we wanted and while we drew out our design. It made the experience so much less daunting. Will forever remember this experience. Thank you so much to this beautiful lady!

I love shopping from Pandora and was very excited when it opened in Bathurst. Just today we went there to shop around and was treated in a very bad way by one of the staff members. I couldn't see her name but she had long open hair. We waited there for almost 25 min. First I was standing at the counter and she treated us as if we were invisible thenI followed her around and told her what I wanted to buy. She rolled her eyes and told me that she was serving someone. We have been living here for years now and never have been treated that way. Pandora is a big brand, they should hire staff who are professional and polite. Also, I understand that its busy around christmas but that doesn't mean you have to be rude. I felt so disrespected that I left the shop and went to a different one, got something much better. Secondly, this branch in Bathurst lacks in variety and mstore management compared to the other stores in NSW.
