I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica at Super Cheap Auto in Bankstown, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Jessica was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making sure I found exactly what I needed for my vehicle. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help made the shopping process enjoyable. She took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable recommendations without any pressure to buy. The store itself had a great selection of products at competitive prices, which made my visit even better. I had a special order on afterpay, the staff made me wait an entire month to receive it and then tell me that i have to pay an extra $100 because the order had to be redone and some BS story. When i said i don’t want to pay it, they said they would do a refund and i should wait for 10 days, 10 days go by, i haven’t received my refund, and i’m still being charged on my afterpay account fortnightly. I call them again, now they tell me they can’t do anything about it and i should reach out to customer care, i call customer care, and they tell me the refund hasn’t even been processed, and i should contact the manager of the store, when i did the manager then tells me "oh yes my staff prepared the refund hut did not process it", wait for another 10 days, today is the 12/11/2025 and the refund has still not been received, i am absolutely done with this branch, do not visit do not give them business.

The staff appeared untrained and unsure of what they were doing, particularly the person responsible for checking the battery. He showed very little knowledge about cars or car batteries. I was held up for around 45 minutes while he kept running around serving other customers and doing unrelated tasks. In the end, he realised he had made a mistake and offered a further price reduction on the battery I was enquiring about, then admitted he did not know how to replace a start-stop battery. Throughout the interaction, his body language and attitude came across as over-smart and dismissive rather than professional or helpful, which reduced confidence in the advice given. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

All staff are friendly and professional. Especially Dipesh, who had not only answered all my inquiries but also helped me replace the old battery. I am happy with his service.

Staff are lovely and super helpful. Provided explanations and insight into my questions, and even helped with wiper blades.
