Today I got them to fix an Ipad which was dropped. I was delighted with the great customer service - done in no time and very cheap - $60 less than the cheapest quote. They fixed another Ipad for me in 2024 - this is the best place for repairs. I have an autistic family member who loves Thomas the Tank, and it makes such a difference to be able to get things repaired reasonably. Thanks Ringy Dingz! You have saved me heaps.

I left my phone here for repair… then completely forgot about it. Not for a week. Not for a month. For almost a whole year! A week or two after dropping it off, I asked my nephew to pick it up. I assumed he did so moved we on! Fast forward 10–11 months, with little hope I went back. I was met by staff who hadn’t even been there as long as my phone had. They kindly told me it was safe and to come back once it was brought in. Of course, I forgot again 🤦🏾‍♀️. Two weeks later, too embarrassed to show my face, I sent my friend instead. She walked in with second-hand embarrassment for me, but the staff still handed over my phone with no questions asked, no judgment, just pure honesty and patience. Massive thanks to the team for keeping my phone safe longer than I could and for the amazing, much appreciated service! You guys are the realest! 🤙🏽
