When I was shopping this morning there was only one worker on, her name is Nadia and bless her soul she was doing an amazing job even though it was very busy. Very helpful and well organised, she picked out such beautiful pieces for my outfit that just made my life so much easier because I was so stressed!! Keep up the good work Nadia!!

Visited this store and I got served by this employee called Phoenix. She helped me immensly. She was kind and patient and helped me out with my selection of earrings for my daughter’s formal. She had the best time with her new jewels. Made my day! ❤️

Visited the store it was extremely busy with only one staff person visible who was busy doing a piercing. I asked if she was the only one working, & she said wait. I didn't ask her to immediately serve me & she should have listened to my question. Very rude Nadia. Do better & listen to the question being asked, the answer was yes I am the only one here at the moment. Please wait & I'll be with you shortly.

I had the worst experience while getting a piercing today at 5 pm.The two girls who were working were very rude and unwilling to help. They were mocking me and my mom and making rude comments also I could hear them saying "annoying" referring to us. One of them was speaking about was while the other elbowed her when I looked at them and they both were holding back laughter.

I had good customer service but when I went into the store was busy. After getting 2 cartilage piercings one of them got infected. Tried everything over 7 ish months and still no healing. I cleaned it with salt water and it did absolutely nothing. Had to take out the piercing within the 4 months and haven't put anything back it. The hole is still there and sore everyday. I'm very disappointed and never going back to any Lovisa for piercing only going to Skinkandy from now on. They've done all my other piercings and no infection but a brilliant finish. I don't care if the store was busy or not. Not good enough. Piercing bodies and ears are very dangerous to peace. Should be more careful. I believe it's close to a vein aswell and that's not good. I hope it can get better my cartilage but don't think it will. It's a big insecurity now and I hate it. 🥺😭🙏

Came in for an ear piercing where I was attended to by Layal. She had exceptional customer service and gave a quick and efficient process . She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and helped me with tips of piercing aftercare. Couldn't recommend her enough
