Recently bought a pendant from this store and they helped to solder the pendant onto a personal chain. Have been here twice, very good place to get your jewellery from.
I purchased 18 ct band with citrine gem. Had it tested it and came back as silver band and synthetic cubic zirconia. Value was less than 20% of what I paid. When we went back and showed them the analysis, all we got was a mean and nasty response with the refund. They knew they sold us a poor quality ring and lied. No apology, nothing.
They the owners are very lovely kind and professional and it is a pleasure to enter their pristine shop. The great thing is you go in and you've got no idea what your going to see or buy its very exciting and an absolute joy. The owners are great people. Thank you Sandra Emerson.

They have looked after me for years and I have had a rough few months through Covid and they didn’t sell my belongings and they looked after me every time I have been to their store. Complete legends. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Went in today to apply for a cash loan and pawn off a few items was treated like a dog and the lady there is very rude. She threw money at me like I was rubbish and was very disrespectful. Would avoid as they do not see reason and don't have much items to select from.
Have the know the owners here for a years now. Always great service and process sales and loans quickly 👍
