Every employee at the bankstown store except the young man with the red hair and gold ring are very professional. I have never felt so unwelcome in my life. I expect the man to be nolagble on the item I wanted to purchase but instead I got a " you can see the price it's labeld with big number's " then proceeds to walk away so I left. If you are a regular at this store or a worker you know exactly who I mean as he definitely would be rude to everyone else.

I came in recently and met Chloe May Lasham who is by far the greatest employee to ever exist. She is professional, hardworking incredible, and anybody would be lucky to have her as an employee, i'm talking about YOU CASH CONVERTERS BANKSTOWN!!! Based on this positive resolution, I am happy to continue being a customer and update my feedback accordingly." ​" I had an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience at the Bankstown branch today, January 28, 2026, around 3:10 PM. As a regular customer who is well-known to the other staff, I was shocked by the aggressive behavior of one staff member (an older Asian Backward ). When I tried to negotiate a price for my items, he started shouting at me, te lling me to 'take my things and leave' and that only he decides the prices. This was completely unprovoked and extremely disrespectful. I expected much better treatment, especially as a loyal customer. I hope the management looks into this behavior as it is unacceptable

My mum checked online and had seen they had gorgeous rings on sale, when we went in store to buy the rings they had no sale signs up. She asked about the rings and they gave her the full price, the sale was 30%-20% off. She asked them if they had any sales and they said no we informed them it was illegal to lie about having no sales and one of the girl saleswomen moved to the back. The seller was very rushed and didn’t give good service, within 10 minutes the girl came back up from the back with a male worker from the back office who we assumed to be a manager. They sat infront of us and rushed us, and when my mum tried on a new ring they would sigh and turn away. The girl saleswomen sat staring at us the whole time and we felt highly uncomfortable. We ended up leaving.

Had a very positive experience here, the staff were really nice and helped me find a specific item i was after. 10/10 would recommend!

The team at this store is great! They have helped me sell few of my handbags and offered me a great deal!
