Went into Duff Jewellers today in Bridge Mall and was served by a lovely lady called Rhianah. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me out. I truly enjoyed my experience and the other lady in there Sandra was also very polite. I will definitely be going back because Rhianah told me more stock is coming in with the look I was after. I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted. It's nice to know customer service is still around.Thank you ladies.
