Bairnsdale Trophy Centre

Atrocious engraving on my ring, totally ruined, names all squashed and off center. Barely legible, extremely angry, no apologies, took $5 off the price! Unfortunately no-one in my area does ring engraving and she confidently said she could!

Jamie was polite and very helpful. The end result was good. Unfortunately a mistake was made with the inscription. No problem mistakes happen. We sorted it out and he very quickly made another plaque. Upon return to pick it up Tina suggested I needed to pay another $20 for the corrected plaque. I said it was clearly a mistake and at no time had I suggested the wrong words. Tina was not happy and then suggested I was being rude. I tried to calm the situation, but she just said take your plaque and leave. It was such an unessary and unfortunate situation. I'm unaccustomed to being treated in such a manner. It was not a good way to treat a customer. Shall not return.

The engraving I got was perfect!! Absolutely love it. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Excellent service! Very happy with our engraving job! Easy to deal with! Thanks!

If you need something engraved, I highly recommend visiting Jamie & Tina! They do a fantastic job!

Very dishonest. Quoted one price and charged another. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I took a very expensive knife in to be engraved as a gift, the quality of engraving was fine, unfortunately he engraved the wrong side, so then did it on the other side. A simple phone call would have sorted things out. I won't be going back to have any work done there again.
