Walking in to Regarde Jewellers. I was smiled at, given eye contact and spoken to in a professional manner. I was treated like they actually wanted me in the shop unlike my terrible experiences at Proud's Jewellers Armidale. The Gentleman that served me was very kind and helpful. He also did not rush me. He even put the bracelet I purchased on my wrist for me. I will be back. Would highly recommend this business. Keep up the good work Fellas!

I can’t recommend this shop highly enough! I brought in two old watches for new batteries and a new watch to have some links removed. The total cost was only $40. My new watch was done on the spot, and the two old ones were ready the very next day. Outstanding customer service – fast, affordable, and friendly!

I was very happy with the work done by Regarde Jewellers with my wedding band - it had been cut off because I needed a cast, and the repair was seamless. The staff were very helpful with questions and my initial email was replied to within a day. I'd highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Incredibly positive experience with Regarde! Beautiful range of jewellery for different tastes. I felt very comfortable and never pressured to buy when trying things. They're lovely, knowledgeable, down to earth, considerate of different budgets, and have been very generous with their time. After my first visit being so positive, I then came again the next day with family.

The guys did a lovely job getting my watch repaired. They were helpful, courteous, prompt and reasonably priced. Jermaine & Richard have earned a loyal customer! Beautiful little shop.
