Annie was incredibly kind, patient and helpful, she was super responsive and sourced the most beautiful selection of stones for me. She and the HLSK team went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my ring, made it feel so special and personal and made sure I was comfortable with the choice even being interstate. She provided photos of similar rings, renders and videos, and even found stones that fit my specifications perfectly. Finally, the ring is absolutely beautiful! And the team were able to balance structural integrity and the particular aesthetic I was looking for. Incredibly knowledgeable! Highly highly recommend, the customer service was impeccable.
