The customer service was extremely unfriendly. I asked questions about belly jewelry, and her responses were blunt and dismissive. She showed no patience at all and did not behave in a professional manner expected in customer service. This experience was very disappointing. I was ready to make a purchase, but because of this experience, I will never return to this store or buy from this brand again.
Been there for ear piercing, the customer service lady wasn’t friendly, asked her about free piercings and she says yes also written free piercings so trust them and didn’t asked for further information. After that she bill me for $70, I was shocked. Because of her facial expression I feel hesitant to ask about that much bill. She handed me bag and says there is spray for piercings and handbook to read. When I come home and checked ereciept, she charged me extra $20 for spray without asking me if I wanted or not? If charging for that much amount why written free piercings and why not giving full information about that?

Horrible service. I did a click and collect online for some jewellery. Yes, I was aware it would take about a week to prepare my order. All was good. I got an email saying my order was ready to collect, so i went to pick it up (around 1 hour drive) When I arrived, the roller door was shut and the staff member on duty was sat on her phone in the back. I knocked and she let me in, I showed her my order confirmation and she went to find it. She told me she couldn't find it. She called her boss, mentioned it and then just started talking to them about other matters. Was standing there for about 5 minutes waiting for her to finish. I was then told it was "delayed" but I could leave my phone number and they would call me when it arrived. Once I got home I received a voicemail stating "Hello, it seems that your ordered must have arrived just after you left!" Yeah right, totally arrived just after I left on a Saturday afternoon! Poor service.
My daughter come in to get her helix pierced and the lady was so clean and quick, so I decided to get my nose pierced! We’re both so happy with the results. Definitely recommend, all the girls had so much advice and were to lovely! I have been in Perth stores before but this service was just that more genuine in your Albany store!
Absolutely appalling service!!!. My daughter and I came in at 11am to see about getting her ears pierced, the manager told us to come back at 12.30 as she was the only staff member and needed to be available to other customers. Very fair, so we went away and came back at 12.30. She then told us to come back at 12.45. We did. And she had gone to lunch. The poor girl at the shop called her to say we were back and waiting and then had to apologise for her managers unprofessional behaviour and ask us to come again in another 1hr when she's "back from lunch". We won't be back a fourth time..so rude!
My peircing got super infected. I almost fainted changing it the first two time. And it's been 7 or i months now, and it's only just stopped hurting when I change earings. I ended up getting a big blister behind my ear cause of infection
