I began my journey with Simon Alexander when they were located in west lakes shopping centre. Designing an engagement ring was very overwhelming. The sales lady there was amazing! She guided me and gave me an understanding of what I was purchasing and what would be the best for my partner. The owner of the company was straight on the phone and was incredibly helpful with the pricing and was able to help me out around my budget. My partner was so in love with her engagement ring, the quality was perfect and the design was exactly spot on. We followed Simon Alexander when they relocated to the city to design our wedding bands. We met the owner that day, he made things incredibly easy, helpful and enjoyable for myself and my partner. He took the time to go through every detail with us and was very generous with the price of both rings. Every email and call was responded to very quickly when we had any inquiries. With out a doubt the best, most professional, high end quality and helpful jeweller we have both ever met. We highly recommend Simon Alexander and would not go anywhere else for any jewellery!

Excellent product and services. Simon is a very nice, friendly and humble guy. He gave good recommendations on which diamonds to choose from based on our budget for our 10th wedding anniversary. My husband and I would like to thank Simon and staff from the bottom of our hearts. Service was the best, the rings are spectacular, the experience was 10 out of 10. My husband had never bought jewellery before and they made him feel so comfortable. I have told my sister to see Simon for her ring lol!

I went in with my own IDEA for engagement ring. Instead of being cold shouldered like most other jewellers I was met with a welcoming can do attitude. The staff and Simon himself did all they could for me and the ring turned out better than I could've hoped! She said YES! Now for the wedding rings. Can't rate anyone else. These guys are the best!
