I had an excellent shopping experience at this store a few months ago to buy a necklace for my partners birthday. I had some idea what I wanted when I walked in, including price range, and the staff made sure I left with a beautiful piece. They know their pearls.
I can't recommend Raw Pearls Adelaide highly enough. Both Leanne and Tanya couldn't be more helpful. Too often in high end stores you can feel pressured to purchase or worse yet, intimidated by stuffy salespeople full of their own self-importance. I'm happy to say the girls at Raw Pearls made my shopping trip an absolute joy. They are both warm and engaging people and above all, very knowledgeable with a justified pride in their product. Thankyou Tanya and Leanne.
We had a wonderful experience shopping at Raw Pearls today. Tania and Leanne were incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable, we learned so much about pearls. As always beautiful pearls! I have an affinity for Tahitian pearls in particular. Wonderful staff with superb knowledge of "everything Pearl", nacre, lustre & above all how to care for precious jewels of the sea.
I just bought a lovely strand of pearls from here for my mother. The ladies there are wonderful and helpful and they seem to have a beautiful collection of pearls for all tastes. I will return!
Had the most spectacular experience at Raw Pearls today ... both Tania and the other assistant (apologies for not getting her name) we’re both so welcoming without being pushy or pretentious...and with their help I made a purchase that I will treasure forever... thank you so much ladies 👏🏻
