So happy with the amazing customer service provided by Ivy, she was happy to spend all the time we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Ivy had great product knowledge helping my daughter replace a broken bracelet and guided me in choosing my first pandora bracelet and charms.

Bought the black heart chakra ring, after a week of wearing it some of the enamel chipped away. Alright, no problem, my bad obviously. I contacted Pandora via email to see if the Adelaide store had the ability to repair my ring, at my own cost of course, I never once mentioned my warranty or trying to exchange my ring, I purely wanted to know if they had a repair service that could repair my ring under my warranty to keep it valid. My email reply from Pandora was unbelievable. Not only did they flat out put me down and say I had misused my ring and it was all my fault, she also said it wasn't covered by warranty like I was trying to claim for a refund or exchange. I simply wanted to find a repair service to repair a ring I paid good money for and I got a reply like I was some bogan looking for a free ring. Appalling service, I've since thrown out all my Pandora jewellery and advice people never to buy.

Good customer service and the staff is very pleasant even though there's a number of people there. Many different ranges and the price is alright. Bought few charms when I went there. Spacious store and the displays are pleasing to the eyes.

Pandora! I don’t have to give a description telling how delightful these cute charms are! I must warn you, once you start, it's like an addiction! This store offers beautiful charms, earrings, and pendants to match all occasions, likenesses, and even favorite movies. I visited the city Rundke Mall Pandora store in early May on a Thursday afternoon, just before Mother’s Day. The store was quite busy, but my friend and I received exceptional help from Amelia and Meagan. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, guiding us to make the best choices. The store boasts a fantastic collection and feels spacious and inviting. They also offer gift packing with a small greeting card for an additional $9.95, which is a lovely touch. At the counter, we chatted with the friendly staff, Yoshimi and Jazz, who made our visit even more enjoyable with their warmth and helpfulness. On a previous visit, I had a less pleasant experience where the staff wasn't very friendly and made me wait despite being the only customer in the store. They acted like I don’t belong in the store! However, this time, the wonderful service from the staff more than made up for it. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back for more charms and great service!

Who knows if the customer service is good or bad. Their is only ever 1 person serving and several people waiting. I have walked out twice. Maybe the third time is a charm. I would have thought each sale is worth a lot. Too much to be under staffed.

Exceptional customer service today by the lovely Verity! I was acknowledged the moment I walked into the store and not only did she find the charm I was after but she put it together with a chain and let me try it on prior to purchasing. She was also informative and happily answered the questions I had in regards to the product. This is probably the best experience I've had at a Pandora store and I'm so happy with my purchase!
