These people are the best. As a student jeweller it can be incredibly intimidating to buy tools and supplies and they made it easy. Very welcoming and full of knowledge and contacts they are my first stop for everything now. I’m in there most weeks and it’s exciting to show them the things I’m learning to make. No problem is too small or too big and I’m so grateful to have a team like this I can walk in and chat to in person.

She was endlessly patient and helpful, and she gave me great advice on products I wasn't familiar with. Pauline's service was exceptional.
