Flower Trail are hands down the best florist in Warrnambool. Their customer service is top tier, making everyone feel welcome as soon as they walk in. They even remember the conversations you’ve had with them from your previous visits to the store and always check in/ask about how you’re going (which is super impressive as half the time I can’t even remember what I ate for breakfast the day before). My love language is picking out flowers based on the occasion/person they’re for and the girls are always happy to accomodate and bring my random flower selections to life, putting them together into the most beautiful arrangement every time. They go the extra mile, always! They’re THE BEST 🌸💖

Flower Trail has consistently supplied fresh and beautifully dried flower arrangements for my special occasions. I love that I can also get a lovely card or special little gifts instore aswell. Highly recommend! 5+ years on and my dried arrangements are still pristine 🤩

The Flower Trail girls are always friendly, all of their prepared bouquets in the shop are stunning and very reasonably priced, and they are always happy to make something custom if I have specific colours or flowers that I need! Their arrangements for events are next level, stunning masterpieces. Best place for flowers hands down!!!

Rachel and the Flower Trail team were wonderful! They did our wedding flowers and made the vision of bright and colourful natives really pop. They were easy to work with (and very accommodating of me constantly changing if I would pick up the rose petals early or have the delivered on the day). I met with Rachel in the shop once, but was happy to trust her recommendations and ability, and loved her work so much.

Hands down the best florist in town. The flowers are always so fresh and last so long, the girls are always happy and friendly, and there’s a great selection of gifts to accompany any flowers you get. Wouldn’t go anywhere else - have used Flower Trail for every occasion including our wedding, my grandparents’ funerals, welcoming babies and flowers "just because".
