Very disappointed in the bunch of flowers I brought today I brought them at 10.40am this morning and this is how they look now at 7.50pm the amount I paid $120 is not worth it at, will never go back there again. First photo was this morning 10.40am the last two is now 7.50pm, the amount of water was put in the fome to hold the flowers up is not needed that is why all of the flowers are pushing forward. I’m so disappointed in them, they were a bereavement flowers and I told the lady it.

We always come here for flower arrangements, but today, we had a very disappointing experience. The service was so bad, and it seemed the staff working this morning did not know what she was doing. We asked her to nicely arrange the flowers, as this was for 18th birthday. However, the way she arranged and held the flowers was not good at all. Unhappy and unsatisfied service.

Had a terrible experience with this store. The customer service was extremely poor—they were rude and unhelpful when I tried to return a product. Despite the item being in its original condition and within the return period, they refused to take it back or issue a refund. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional. They are not even aware of Australian consumer protection laws and surprisingly running the business. Extremely disappointing experience, and I won’t be shopping here again. Would not recommend at all!

I really value supporting local/small businesses but unfortunately I felt the need today to share my extremely poor review of my experience with this florist and the male shopkeeper "Phuong." I have never had a more rude encounter with a shopkeeper than I did today with Phuong when he refused to sell me fresh flowers and instead told me I had to buy the half-dead flowers at the front of the store. The way he spoke to me - if you can even call it that because he didn’t even give me the courtesy of looking or speaking to me properly - was appalling. I’ll never shop here again. To the shopkeepers - do better, your manner is disgusting and it appears (by other reviews) I’m not the only one who thinks so.

The roses were amazing! The owner went overboard in ensuring that my order was delivered the same day! Advice: SMS reminders for estimated delivery times would be so beneficial for customers the shop 💕‼️

I had a good experience, great service, awesome flowers, it's been a week and the white roses have wilted a little but the red roses and the other decoration flowers and leaves look like they were cut yesterday!
