Yesterday I ordered a custom bouquet for a graduation and the team did not disappoint at all. The bouquet was the talk of the event! Love your work team! 💖

Flower Train truly curates some of the most stunning bouquets. They thoughtfully combine a variety of flowers that complement each other, paying close attention to both color and arrangement. I’ve visited several times and have never had any issues with the quality or service. Today, I was helped by a wonderful male staff member who created a bouquet based on my preferences. He listened attentively, and the flowers he selected were really fresh. While I highly recommend going in person to have a custom bouquet made, their pre-arranged options are also beautiful.

I came in looking for something special and left with the perfect bouquet — even better than I imagined. The store itself is charming and peaceful, a lovely place to browse and get inspired. I bought these flowers from 2 days ago, they should not be dying. Apart from the poor quality in these flowers, I was totally disregarded in the store and the lady serving me (who had a nose ring) was incredibly rude and dismissive of all my questions. I have been given flowers from this place as a gift which lasted almost 2 weeks, I was so impressed by them I called that person and asked where they bought them from the day I came into the store. I walked 1.5kms with my husband and 8 month old baby to buy them, to then be treated how I was in store AND flowers to be dying 2 days after I’m so incredible disappointed. I also paid extra $10 for this box because it was the day before Valentine’s Day.

We had the Flower Train Team in Wynyard organise our flowers for our micro wedding, and could not thank them enough for making it a stress free experience for me. 6 weeks before our wedding I inquired in person on their shop, and the quote they gave for bridal, 2x bridesmaids, 4x girl bouquets plus 2x button hole flowers. The quote that I got was very reasonably priced and very good value for money as compared to the other florist who add to the price when ‘wedding’ is mentioned. Abby and her team asked me about the colour pallet for the wedding plus our events florist samples and use that as inspiration for our bouquets. The flowers all arrived on time and they were fresh and beautiful. I wasn’t particular about the flowers and let them do their magic, and it exceeded my expectations. Thank you Abby and Team for the work that you do, and making it stress free for me on the wedding day. Really appreciate it!

I ordered 12 stems roses for my girlfriend on Valentines day via delivery. My girlfriend was disappointed with the quality of some of the roses that was delivered. 5 out of the 12 stems roses looked like it was not fresh on the day she received it. From the photos you can see the edge of the roses are already dried. And the next day some are already started to get wilted. With this price that I paid this is unacceptable.

Unbelievably rude from the staff. I dropped in to get a bouquet and nothing caught my eyes so I told her I’ll be running to DJ to refund something and come back to her later, she was like then I can make something for you now, so I said I need to check out another flower shop there. Her tone immediately changed, sarcastic and rude. So I asked what was wrong and why the attitude as it’s completely unnecessary, she ended up calling me rude. Still confused and shocked to this moment, never been treated like this by any merchants before especially when I was being considerate, definitely not coming back again. To the staff involved, hope you have a better rest of the day in the holiday season.
