I recently ordered birthday flowers and was really happy with how they turned out. Rachel was super kind and managed to put together a beautiful bunch on short notice. Her friendly service and quick response made the whole experience great. Highly recommend!
Ordered a beautiful medium sized bouquet for a graduation and I couldn't be happier with the results. Amazing customer service from Angela and her mother who are the only 2 that run the store. Will definitely recommend Joy Florist and will be back whenever I have another order.
I recently ordered flowers online for my mother’s birthday and opted for the largest option at $140. What arrived was a basic arrangement, nothing like the image. Would have been better going to Woolies! Find yourself a better florist than using this place. There was no joy with this purchase!
Really had to write this review as I was going through our wedding photos lately! Via referral from our family friend, we were introduced to a very popular florist in the south side of Brisbane "Sunnybank Joy Florist". So, we paid a visit one day and pretty much ordered all the flowers we needed for our wedding, as the lady owner was super lovely and very patient with us. She asked our thoughts, then personalised what she could do for us, showed some sample photos she's done for weddings in the past. She was very easy to communicate so we pretty much just took her idea on board, paid and left! The flowers on the day were absolutely STUNNING! Amazing service and amazing quality of flowers!

I don’t know about other comments but I’m a regular at Joy Florist, always had a great experience! Recently I had to order something last minute and the owner went extra mile to ensure it was done and delivered on time. The flowers are great, see one of the photo I attached! Definitely will keep going back!
