Gooday Mart

This departmental shop is great overall, but I really want to appreciate one particular staff member who truly made my day. He was extremely kind, patient, and helpful, and treated me with genuine respect and warmth. His positive attitude and friendly behavior stood out and turned a normal shopping trip into a really pleasant experience. Employees like him make a big difference and reflect the good values of the shop. Met him at the evening but he made my day thanks brother.

very disappointing costumer service!!! I generally never do this review things but I have been going to this grocery store for a month now and every time i check out with this staff she is always giving me the unwanted attitude. Today also when i told her that I’ve brought a carry bag myself and I dont need it. She just rolled her eyes on me and for the last two times also, she was just treating us as if we are getting stuffs for free.

I just wanted to take a moment to praise one of your team members. This young man is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable as well as clearly understands how to treat customers with respect and care. He went above and beyond to help both me and my friend, serving us with an open heart and a genuine smile. I didn’t catch his name, but I want to say a big thank you to him — truly a champ! With his positive attitude and eagerness to learn, I believe he has a bright future ahead. Please pass on my appreciation to him for making our experience so pleasant.

Very fresh and cheap veggies. Friendly staffs. When I visit sydney i regularly do my grocery shopping from goodday mart strathfield. Lady who was in counter yesterday morning was very helpful. And young boy whom i met Thursday evening was very helpful too. Someone posted his photo in previous review.

I usually shop for groceries at Good Day Mart Strathfield. Today, November 2nd, around 4:30 PM, I had a very negative experience. The cashier wearing a blackish-grey cardigan was incredibly rude, arrogant, and seemed like she is full of herself. While scanning our items, she ignored us and served other customers. When I asked her to put our items in a bag, she told me I had to wait because they didn't have plastic bags at the moment, which I understood. After paying, I asked for a receipt, but she said the POS system wasn't working, so they couldn't provide one. I also understood this, but her tone throughout the entire transaction was very rude. Maybe she doesn't want to do her job, but other employees who have assisted me in the past have been very friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Ridiculous, the place to be scammed. Bought cartoon of waiwai and sold of Nepalese pieces of 50 gm while other sell with same price and 75 gm each. As always not happy with attitude staff and product!!!

That’s so shameful, i was ordering through online in the morning and wait whole day i called them 1000+ times, they didn’t answer my call. That’s so funny if they don’t wanna answer calls then why they runs online??? So frustrating and ruined my weekend very badly.
