Love this shop until Valentine’s Day. Older lady with hair up was very rude, no eye contact no smile . Made me not want to shop there anymore. Definitely wish I had of got my Flowers elsewhere. All other staff are always lovely, just this older lady who was serving on Valentine’s Day, very rude only interested in the money.
I ordered a plant and a candle to be delivered to a colleague. The staff I dealt with were very helpful, the order arrived as promised and the gifts were beautiful. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting beautiful flowers and gifts.
Very friendly ladies there, who were more than happy to help. We weren't too picky with what we wanted for our wedding, more just an idea. They confirmed the types of things we liked and just ran with it. The flowers were beautiful, and a lovely final touch for the day!
Placed an online order for flowery delivery. I am actually in the united states, and was sending these to my partner that lives in Australia. I sent Wild Posy an email explaining the situation and got a reply back almost as soon as the store opened the next day confirming the delivery was set up properly and there was nothing to worry about. Sure enough the flowers arrived right on time and they look so beautiful! I cant wait to use this florist for future deliveries.
Sadly not the best experience with them, very unhelpful. Added in response to reply from business: I completely understand that you wanted my wedding flowers to be perfect, and I appreciate the intention behind that. My review, however, wasn’t about the fact that you couldn’t provide them — it was about the experience along the way. The delays in communication, the change in tone when I visited in person and how the situation was handled left me feeling a bit disheartened. Unfortunately this is what shaped my experience and why I felt the need to share it. I truly hope this feedback is taken in the spirit intended, as I believe experiences matter just as much as the final result.
My husband spent $177 on dozen red roses five days later they are almost dead. I've had flowers last longer from woolworths, next year there I no way in hell I'll be letting him come back to this shop. Talk about exploitation of love geezus. Really disappointed.
Staff very friendly. They did a bridal bouquet the day before my wedding and met all my requests. Was absolutely beautiful.
