Great little gift store packed to the ceiling with gifts and trinkets. Great design ideas with the displays, clothing also available along with flowers. The customer service was great

This is a magnificent little shop, the gifts are amazing and the apparel is magnificent, have spent a lot of money in this shop.......BUT, please educate your staff. We should not have to feel like an inconvenience in this shop. I understand its small in there but I'm sick of being asked to move by your staff whilst I'm browsing, looking to spend money in your store. Get your staff to walk around your customers, get your staff to move away from your customers whilst they are browsing, and get your staff to show some respect not make us feel like an inconvenience when we are trying to purchase something and all they want to do is unpack.

Look no further for lessons on how to bite the hand that feeds you. When I arrived at the store, I asked one of the ladies working there if they stocked a common gift item and was advised that they did not stock this item. I was essentially motioned out of the shop (as though my presence would alienate the only other customer in the store) and was directed to another shop. As I am on holiday and was looking for a gift, I had a look around the Westmoore Fine Gifts anyway and found said common gift item. When I purchased the gift, the inerudite retail worker, accidentally tried to overcharge me for the item and acted like checking the price was an unreasonable request. I feel that having accurate product knowledge would benefit workers at this store. Being nice and showing respect to customers would also help. Demonstrating product ignorance is never a good look, neither is rudeness.

I got a necklace I picked out from my husband for Christmas and a few days after the chain had broke at the beach, I went in to inform them and they replaced it immediately!!! Forever grateful and lovely staff- the store has beautiful things as well

My favourite shop. Awesome home and giftware not to mention the clothing. Just like visiting friends. One suggestion Julie, if you had a larger shop, you could put in a coffee machine and I'd stay another hour 😉

Best gift shop out! I challenge anyone looking for a gift for a dear person to come away with nothing. The lady who owns the shop goes above and beyond, even beautifully gift wrapping the item if it is a gift. Amazing shop!

Such a delightful store with beautiful, helpful staff. A true treasure trove for all things pretty, sparkly and affordable!
