Rosita Flowers Robina Town Centre

I recently had a beautiful arrangement of flowers and gift box delivered from Rosita. A friend from Melbourne had ordered as a birthday gift and it was such a wonderful surprise. As I wasn't expecting the delivery I wasn't home so the driver sent a text to say there had been a delivery. The flowers were beautiful! And the treats fresh and well packed.

Amazing, we live interstate and have put 2 orders in for delivery for mothers day and my besties birthday and they arrived and are stunning both times! Highly reccomend. Thankyou! 💐

Rosita Flowers is my go to Florist for quality flowers that impress and last. From Valentines flowers, Birthday, International Women’s Day or just because. They have a beautiful selection in store that seems to change seasonally. I have also ordered online and have always been pleased with the quality of the roses and flowers. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Overall Rosita’s Flowers in my opinion is the best Florist on the Gold Coast.

The one star is for the lovey staff, they have been polite and helpful…… I’m disappointed and disgusted by the lack of ownership over a very sub par bouquet. My daughter’s 21st and 21 long stem pink roses were ordered in advance. They were absolutely stunning when they arrived on the Monday!!!!!!…. By Wednesday they had to be removed from the house as they smelled of mouldy wet towels and by Thursday all heads had dropped and the petals were shrivelled… I paid over $230.00 for the bouquet and water was changed etc… I’ve have looked after many bouquets of roses before. It’s taken 3 visits into the store, text messages and emails and after a long time finally an email was returned just explaining where I may have gone wrong in looking after said flowers and they could give me a credit note towards another bouquet. Not good enough!!!!! I have responded saying as much and yet still no response. Your customer care department is lacking to the point your customers are being ripped off!!!! Rosita flowers, good for maybe 2 days…. That’s it!!! Roses should last for 5-7 days, yes change water, check your environment and cut the stems…. We all know this, two days is shocking, no accountability and quite frankly disgusting behaviour of a business!

COVID prevented us to visit a friend who had a surgery in Varsity Lakes while we are in Brisbane. Thanks heaps for helping us show this surprise caring gesture. So proud of the floral arrangement!😍🥰❤️💐

Ordered the luxury Hamer at 1pm the day before Mother’s Day and it arrived for mum on Mother’s Day at 10am! Excellent service and the hamper was gorgeous!!! Thank you !! Very happy
