Absolutely appalling customer service. I go to this shop atleast once a week and spend a couple of hundred dollars at a time. However I will not br returning. On Thursday I was Absolutely horrified at the treatment I received. I asked the old woman it there was anly chance I could charge my phone for a couple of minutes as I had to drop my car for serviceand I had no way to order my uber or paying for stuff as it had gone flat and I was going to get my supplies while I was there. I even offered to pay for the charge. She was extremely rude and nasty and refused. So I decided to have a look around what I needed while I was there. As I had no car I had my carry bag with me she then decided to harness me by telling me I need ti leave my bag at the counter as I ignored her as I was Absolutely shocked by her terrible attitude especially considering I've been a good loyal customer. But the worst was yet to come when I got to the counter I was asked to search thru my bag OMG SERIOUSLY I've never been so insulated in all my life. Seriously I'm quite a wealthy person and well known I can assure you I'm not stealing your cheap A55 Sh17 My reputation means more. Do your self a favor don't suport this shop.
If it was possible to rate lower than 1 star, that's what this store would get. I've only been in the store twice since moving to Redbank Plains and found both times the woman behind the counter to be rude and unfriendly, the 2nd visit was the worst. It was a different woman each time. There were no other customers in the store at either times and this makes me wonder if their rudeness is the reason for it.
Staff were so friendly. Awesome variety of things at good prices. Had exactly want I wanted plus even things that I didn't think I needed 🤣
Pretty good variety/ price is average. The young girl with long hair who serves people is extremely rude.
Always friendly has lots of things I use at a great prices.

I love this shop, lost of handy stuff and niknaks no pressure to buy anything.
