I ordered flowers for my mothers funeral. They arrived on time looking exactly like the photos on the website absolutely beautiful the dozen roses and the greenery looked stunning and the white bouquets we gorgeous I asked for some greenery to hang down the sides and they totally understood exactly what I wanted so happy with my purchase.

In the past, I have used many a florist site but have always found Interflora to be the best. They have a wide range of products to suit all budgets, navigation of the website is simple, delivery is always on time, flowers, bouquets & arrangements are ALWAYS 100% & recipients are always delighted by how long flowers last. I recently sent a dozen roses to my hubby for Valentine's Day & still today they are stunning. I highly recommend Interflora for whatever the occasion might be. A group of us working together on a ship suddenly heard about a crewmates father passed away. We wanted to send some flowers asap.We then checked out the Interflora website. Wow, the selection they had on their sympathy selection was excellent. We decided to go for the Delux Native Florist Choice Arrangement. Great choice as they are an Australian family and it would be very fitting. Also knowing that the flowers would last for a long time. Flowers received are completely different from the ones I ordered. I ordered the ones with white wrapping apart and received yellow instead. Yellow makes the flowers look cheap. Website states that the image displayed is an example of the colour palette but the flowers received have a completely different colour palette. Not sure I’d go with them again..

I sent my mum some flowers after she unexpectedly went to hospital for surgery. She lives interstate and it was difficult to pick a florist I’d never used before. I am sooooo happy with my choice of florist. Interflora did not have some of the flowers I’d selected and kindly emailed me to advise of the replacement flower (sunflower) they’d chosen and to let them know if I had any concerns (which I didn’t). My mum specifically commented on the sunflowers and sent me a photo straight away. She later sent me a photo of them on the window sill in her hospital room stating she loved the smell and colours 🥰 I would absolutely purchase flowers from Interflora in future.
