Bloom Junction Florist - Florist Williams Landing, Point Cook，Altona

I ordered a bouquet for a friend’s birthday, and I was genuinely blown away by how beautiful it turned out. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged with so much care. My friend absolutely loved them. The delivery process was smooth and right on time. I’m so impressed with the quality and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Perfect experience!! They delivered on time and the flowers are fresh and beautiful. Communication with both customers service and the drivers are seamless and easy, will order again!

Great experience and local business , sent my girlfriend a Wild Native Jar - what a loverly presentation and the fairy lights set it right off just perfect she loved it - Thanks for quality and great service - highly recommend.

Amazing service. I placed a last minute, unique request for a book bouquet. Bloom Junction accommodated my request magnificently and helped me with staying within my budget. I would absolutely recommend purchasing from them in the future!

Extremely disappointing experience. I preordered a flower bouquet for Valentine’s Day delivery and then spent the entire day chasing updates. Im an interstate customer attempting to send my partner flowers. There was no clear communication, no tracking number provided despite me asking multiple times, and I was left waiting for hours with no response. I was then sent a tracking link to view but it was the incorrect asignement number which has no delivery person assigned so it was a useless link. This is after I was the one to discover it was the incorrect driver and that the delivery had been delayed - had I not attempted and spam called the number this may have been delayed to the next day. I only received a reply after repeatedly messaging, and even then I was told "it will be delivered today" with no proper updates. Later they claimed it had already been delivered and said they’d ask the driver for proof and was told to "hold on". For something as time-sensitive as Valentine’s Day, the lack of professionalism, communication, and reliability was unacceptable especially considering the costs involved. Im embarrassed and was let down infront of my partner for valentines day. After this whole negative experience youd think the bouquet would be as described/advertised.....nope so small and doesnt match description I would not recommend.

Online order, arrived promptly and looked amazing! Great price, too. 'Daily Bloom Fresh Jar - small'

I ordered sympathy flowers from Bountiful Courtyard Florist and they were handled with so much care. The arrangement was elegant, respectful and beautifully crafted. The staff were understanding and very supportive. The flowers lasted well too. Truly a compassionate and talented team.
