I have previously ordered for here online and have always had fast efficient service. I was in the area last week and dropped in to do some shopping. Service was great, only a very short way off the M5. Had everything in stock I needed and I received great customer service. What I purchased was very competitively price which was also a welcomed surprise.

The service has been exemplary. Ribbons ordered are excellent quality and packaging and delivery without fault. Initial email with questions was answered in a courteous and timely manner. Thank you Masterworks, will definitely be a return customer. 5 star review, well deserved.

Very disappointed. A waste of my time. I attempted to order items that are on the website, (multiple times), however it wouldn't let me. I had to contact the company. I sent emails twice and rang twice. I had to follow up. Was told they would get back to me. And again nothing. Followed up again, only to be told the items I wanted to order are now not available. I won't be recommending this company.

Ordered for the first time and so far service and products are great. The baskets could have been wrapped & packed a bit more carefully but overall very happy with Masterworks Basketware. Hope you keep up the good work. Thank you!

I was discriminated against today as I couldn't wear a mask as I have a medical exemption. The manager didn't care. I offered to show him my exemption even though I didn't need to as it's my private medical information, but he didn't care and said it was "company policy". Mind you this is a warehouse with NO ONE else inside! He didn't allow me to stay inside the building. I have never met any business owner more rude, arrogant and unhinged than this man! They have lost a customer...if they even care.
