Dreadful and a very very disappointing. I would like to have given no ⭐️ however it wouldn’t let me ….. My husband ordered these Roses and had these delivered today for valentines tomorrow. ( they were received at the door not left outside ) They are clearly old roses - different lengths petals falling off already leaves tatty and falling off. Every time you go near them they drop. I have to say these were the same last year but did not complain or write a review out of gratitude to my husband but NOT this time. We did phone RO as soon as received to complain however they inform us they may give a partial refund ? she has to check with manager who will call when ever ???? After we send photos ? Disgusting ! He won’t buy from Roses only again !!! Take note NO-ONE buy !!

Placed an order online and picked it up at the Osborn park warehouse as it was urgent. The florists n the day were phenomenal for an orchid order that had to be amended. Couldn’t be happier!

Amazing and efficient service! Placed my order just after 12pm and the flowers were delivered to my mum by 3pm that same day! They were very beautiful and well-looked after during delivery. Some flowers hadn't bloomed just yet but this means my mum will have beautiful flowers for the next week or two. Thankyou guys so much!

Service was amazing, but I was a little disappointed that the flowers my friend received were quite different from what I ordered. I order a light pink and white arrangement, but she received purple and pink. No really what I would have ordered as there was that option and I didn't choose that. See photos.
