Fresh Flowers on High

Two teenaged boys were standing just inside the front door. I don't know if they worked there, if they were family or friends, who knows, but they were definitely part of the shop since one of them walked behind the curtain at one point. But when my partner and I walked in, one of them, under their breath, uttered an extremely snide, sexist remark to my partner after which the two kids both quickly turned away and giggled to themselves like little schoolgirls. I should have done both of those little, pimple-faced boys in right then and there, in front of anyone who was watching but instead, we did something even more damaging - we walked out without spending a cent in that place, nor will we ever spend a cent there again. We've never experienced anything like that in a shop on High St before but I'm not really that surprised after reading some of this woman's reviews (and I mean the "real" ones, not the ones that she's obviously had people write for her). For a shop that rarely seems to have anybody in it and appears to be barely staying in business, I would think that the way a customer is treated when they walk in is probably what they should be concentrating on a bit more than they currently do. Try some respect next time.

absolutely beautiful lady , helped me with flowers and is definitely a professional about her job , always has a conversation and wants to build a relationship with all of her customers that come through . couldn’t recommend another place for flowers . Thank You

I rang about 5 different florists in the area at 3pm hoping to get some flowers delivered for a friends birthday on the same day. Fresh Flowers on High were the only ones able to accommodate my last minute needs and delivered a BEAUTIFUL bunch of flowers for an excellent price. They were also super friendly and helpful about it. So grateful, thank you!

Absolutely horrible, appalling service. The lady running this place is rude, obnoxious and incredibly dismissive towards customers who walk in simply wanting to browse. It seems like if you dont intend to immediately buy something, she doesn't want you in her store. The painful truth is, she sells average flowers direct from the market and extremely overpriced candles that you can find at any Coles. I think maybe its all gone to her head a bit. I'll just take my business down the street, thank you very much.
