I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I visited the shop in person to order my flowers one week in advance. However, when I picked up the bouquet, I mentioned that I expected white flowers, as the arrangement didn’t look like what I had ordered. Before this, I had even emailed clear instructions that I wanted the bouquet to be mainly white with a touch of pink and purple, and I had even called to confirm they received my email. Despite this, the female staff member simply pointed at the flowers and insisted they were white, leaving no room for discussion and completely ignoring the details I had already communicated. They later asked me to return the bouquet. When I went back, the male staff member didn’t say a single word, he just waved the refund at me and quickly took the flowers away. The whole interaction felt very dismissive and unprofessional. I chose to return to this shop because I once had a great experience ordering a bouquet for a friend, so this level of service was truly unexpected. Flowers should bring joy, but this experience was the opposite.

Always have such an amazing experience with the flowers here ! Bouquets are massive , had such a wonderful surprise when the Lillie’s bloomed were bigger than my hands . Received the most gorgeous rose bouquets from here as well . Such a lovely flower shop I 100% recommend 🙂

Flowers are not bad if you could ignore the 2cm caterpillar, loads of eggs and the moth-eaten roses. In general, I had a really decent wormy anniversary with my girlfriend 🙂 Nice work, North Flowers & Gifts.

Got the most beautiful fresh flower arrangement here for a friends birthday gift. She said they were the best flowers she’d ever received! (I also wanted to keep them for myself because they were THAT gorgeous. The owner, is truly the most lovely man ever! His care factor is exceptional, and you can tell he has a genuine passion for what he does… Customised it all perfectly. Thank you so much

The quality of flowers are fantastic if you personally come in to order and pickup from them. The bouquet I took home was beautiful. However, for Valentines Day this year, the experience was lacklustre. I personally went in store to book 2 days in advance for flowers to be delivered to home in the suburbs. I confirmed if they could make the bouquet and deliver, which they said yes. I was happy to pay, even when the delivery fee was quite high because I was expecting the kind of quality I had last time. On the day, the flowers came after 4pm, which ruined my plans for a nice surprise for my wife. Not only that, the flowers didn’t even come from North Flowers, it had a different florist’ name on it. The flowers were not fresh, nor close to what I ordered last time. I felt cheated that they used the money I paid and sub-contracted the work to another florist. It defeated the purpose of me actually making the trip to order from them in person, where I might as well order from those random florist websites to get the same result. Beware about having flowers delivered, I just want to share my experience with everyone.
