I received flowers yesterday which were ordered from overseas and I can honestly say that they are the most beautiful I have ever received. The arrangement was amazing, extra large and the flowers were so fresh. The lady who delivered them was so lovely and friendly. I would highly recommend this business and will definitely buy from this florist in the future. Thank you so much .. ❤

I have purchased 5 beautiful, flawless and stunning bunches of flowers from All About Flowers for about 7 months. Unfortunately, for Valentines Day, the bunch my girlfriend received were a little withered and within 4 days, almost rotten. One phone call and the amazing owner was not only willing to replace them free of charge, but also completely friendly and professional and down-to-earth about the matter. All About Flowers reputation is overwhelmingly positive within the community and I can see why. EASILY the BEST florist on the northside of Brisbane. I will be shopping again and spreading the word. So I called on Monday Feb 12th to organise flowers delivered to my partner as I work FIFO. Delivery date was set for Tuesday 13th feb, the day before Valentine’s! as I didn’t want my order to get lost in the valentines rush. And I paid $100 over the phone It’s now 8pm on Valentine’s Day 14th feb and my partner still hasn’t received anything! (2 days late) and I haven’t received any contact with any details about any flowers being prepared, or sent for delivery as you would expect, zero contact since taking my $100. I’ve also tried calling all day and it seems they refuse to answer any calls. Absolute waste of time. Will be seeking full refund. Unfortunately I now have to send in my partner (who was meant to be surprised with flowers) to go and sort this out and try recover our lost money till I fly home. Let’s see how this transpires.. 28minutes after posting this review, magically some flowers delivered at the door 8:30pm, my wife obviously didn’t answer door as it’s so late (stranger danger) and the kids are asleep. Seeing as the shop is 10min drive away.. make of it what you will.. Thank you for flowers, but never using this shop again.

Disappointed. I don’t mind delivery late for 2 days without any inform. And I have to call you 3 times until flower arrived. But the flower delivered to my in law are all still in bub. No any in open or big… pretty pity honestly 11/8 Update: I am sorry that I upset you, but running a business you should more honestly to your customers. I am live in WA couldn’t delivery flower to my mother in law for her big day which was her retirement. Unfortunately, to the end your product has no performance well because you gave her 29 bubs . None of them open! To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if you can refund the price I paid. Please contact me through the email. Thank you.

I had flowers delivered from All About Flowers two days ago. The flowers are beautifully presented and are lovely. Gorgeous colours and a great mix of blooms in a very pretty arrangement. Love them. Definitely recommend this business and their great service.

Jeannie was absolutely amazing even with me been a painful customer she went above and beyond to deliver my flowers for my brother's funeral and even though they didn't have the flowers we requested Jeannie did her best to work with us to make our flowers perfect..... my brother would definitely be very greatful an love the choice so thanks so much Jeannie's for been amazing and working with me and my stressful family Would definitely recommend her
