Woolworths Morley

Can somebody explain me the purpose of that help desk that is located in the middle of the store end of one of the iles? There is usually two females one with tattooos and the other with red hair (not your colour by the way). All they do is laugh and swear and shout out loud. Very unprofessional walking past. Often times they have opened packets of chips on the desk part. This is not a corner store! Can someone from corporate review this? They are ruining my shopping experience

Picked up a click and collect shopping order today and the Indian lady who brought the items out on the trolley just stood with her trolley and watched me pack the bags in the boot and put heavier items in the back seat of the car. Didn’t assist at all! Just your standard service offering today!

If you are a doordash or uber driver picking up an order here. They will not talk to you. Let you waste your time in the green parking and not be informed about what's going on. Do not waste your precious time here like I do. 40 minutes wasted.

Woolworths in Morley Galleria l have found to always be very busy. Its very clean and friendly staff working their. They have all the essential items including a bakery section with fresh baked bread a cold meats deli section a seafood section and a meat section plus all your major items. They have an equal amount of self serve counters where you put your items through yourself, or if you don't want to do that they have the same amount of staff helping people through the check out counters. Staff very friendly too. Prices are slightly higher than some other Woolworths stores but they're certainly not the most expensive either.

Leoni is such a great manager. Very polite and professional, able to sort it out a problem for us so quickly and effectively. Wools has done a good choice by having her in their team!

I'm very sorry to have to only give the Woolworths Store in the Galleria shopping centre only 1 star. In my limited dealings with the staff, even if I notice that they lack a little experience, as long as they are pleasant, then I can understand. I am in retail and know the challengers in retaining experienced staff. What has unset me on more than one occasion is the supervisor who should be demonstrating professional friendly service displays a very poor standard of service. A very poor role model. Due to her incompetence I have had to reach out to the store manager "Steve" on more than one occasion to sort out the issue. I might add, these are not big issues & I should not be having to disturb the Store manager over things that could be resolved at the front counter. I find Steve to be very capable and friendly and I am disappointed that his front of shop supervisor lets him & the team down so badly. Rob
