Coles Galleria

Self checkouts consistently cease working and flagging me as a shoplifter for a staff member to review footage of me packing my own bags. Not an isolated incident, three times in a row now. I wonder if their AI security systems are trained to identify First Nations people? Complained to Coles online and got a pathetic response. Never had this problem at any other Coles or any of their competitors.

We went for a 2 night stay, on sat night we had kids (3 under 15) next door banging doors, making alot of noise & banging on the wall. After complaining to staff, we had to move to another room at 8pm, not the people making the noise. We weren't offered anything for us being inconvenienced. Will never go back again, & we have been going twice a year for the last couple of years. Metropol is where we will be spending our money now

Just like the rest of Coles shops set out bit different but we got around and did the shopping....

I went to Coles galleria today brought Coles honey ham got it home and it had expired they need to check the expiry date on things

Coles uses Palantir to monitor you. That should be a concern for everyone. Shop at Woolies.

Terrible service by the lady in the pic she spoke to me very rudely refusing to pack my groceries chucking them onto the end bit refused to tape up cat litter bag smashing all my eggs and refusing to get a replacement rudest checkout person ever terrible service

The curley haird boy was a gentleman and made my time at Morley coles an exceptional experience.
