Woolworths Caboolture South

I would like to make a complaint regarding the promotional bricks that are currently being offered at your Caboolture South Woolworths store in Queensland. Recently, I spent $96 at the store expecting to receive the promotional bricks as advertised. However, when I asked for them, the customer assistance staff told me that they had none left. I was very disappointed to hear this. If the store has no promotional bricks available, I do not understand why the promotion is still being promoted to customers. My little son was very excited about collecting these bricks. He always looks forward to getting them whenever we shop at Woolworths. Unfortunately, when I told him that the store had none available, he became very upset and almost started crying. It was very disappointing for him. I kindly request that you look into this matter and let me know how this situation can be resolved. It would mean a lot to my son if he could still receive the promotional bricks that we expected with our purchase. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon. Sometimes I shop here twice a week. The fruit and veg is always the star of the show for me the moment Iwalk in. The shop is always hustle and bustlin' as its a great location, on the way home. Love ya work Woolies! 💐

I returned 3 items that i thought were on special. The manager who was wearing a witch costume assisted me and got my items returned but her tone of voice was kinda condescending and she looked grumpy. Not sure if it’s bcos of the items im returning or the attitude was a part of her witch halloween costume 😉

Very basic woolworths. Needs more to it like others ive been to. The stars have nothing to do with staff.

Brought a 1.5kg family value bag of ingrams sweet chilli chicken tenders. When i got home i weighed the bag out of curiosity because it felt light and it weighs a total of 1.13kg including the bag. No where near the 1.5kg which is what I paid for and not good value for my family!

Like all grocery stores they could lower their prices since they have hardly any staff.

Clean, friendly and the best WW bakery I've run into in my current journey. It smelled so good I bought some bread, though I only went in for tissues and the like. I ended up with a French stick and a multigrain loaf, and was really pleased. The French stick was/is delicious, not rock hard (even 24 hours later) and the loaf is likewise tasty and not mostly crust. I was tempted to try their sourdough as it didn't look leathery (like WW sourdough has sadly gone) but can't fit much in current abode, and no freezer. I usually make my bread but while temporarily homeless thanks to that damn cyclone, I'm eating shop bought. I knew it was getting bad at my last regular WW when they gave me a substitution (instead of WW Multigrain) of a brand name multigrain, and it was better than just-baked WW version. 😳 Congratulations to the WW Caboolture South bakers, great stuff. I haven't felt that hungry in a WW bakery area.. I don't think ever. Hope I get to make this my "home" store. Bought some pumpkin soup (a regular sidled up, said where to find it on special in the chill cabinet), so thanks to her too, it was fab with the bread.😋
