Gone through this car wash multiple times now and it still hasn’t cleaned dirt off the middle of my bonnet, it has however left damage scratches on my paint.. Wheels still dirty with break dust, bumpers and windows still full of bugs. City car, not excessively dirty to start with, still just as dirty afterwards and now damaged. Tried to make contact with hoppy’s but they ignored all contact.
What the heck has happened to you guys??? I have always had a great experience here until today. I just spent $32.50 and will have to go home and wash and polish my car again. My touch up cloth has never been so black and dirty after using your car wash. DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.
Yesterday morning , 8/10/25, I went to Hoppys Morayfield. I’m a senior aged lady and I want to say ‘Thank You’ to the young man who was attending the customers arriving at the car wash. He was so efficient, kind, courteous and helpful to me. I mentioned this experience to someone later that day who immediately said they too had encountered the same driveway attendant on a different day and had noticed and appreciated his service to them too. God bless him.
Staff are friendly and experienced and know what they doing which is a breath of fresh air. The technology is advanced opposed to other car wash places. The vacuum bays are spacious and have the hoist holders with clips to hang the floor mats to vacuum. Worth the travel from North Lakes to wash my car. Thanks guys, your team is awesome 👌🏼
What a nice surprise! In minutes our dirty car was clean and dry! Those chamois are an experience! There was a lovely owner served us and kind staff! There is a club you can join and places to vacuum your car! A great experience!
Don't waste your money here. Quality of wash has deteriorated significantly. Paid $27.50 ultimate yet the vehicle came out still wet, no shine, and dirt marks still on it. Showed the employee who just ran fingers over the dirt and it came off.
Always great friendly, helpful service. Only suggestion would be if staff were able to adjust side mirrors and take plastic off rear wipers after clean 🙂
