Burson Auto Parts Morayfield

Terrible customer services. The guy on the desk repeatedly brought out the wrong parts and thought blaming me for giving him the wrong part number would be appropriate. Wont be going back

I highly recommend bursons in Morayfield, Great customer service, and happy to go the extra mile for the customer.

Had outstanding service from Steve from the Bursons Morayfield store yesterday. Steve is extremely knowledgeable regarding automotive and electrical issues Steve went above and beyond to solve an out of the ordinary wiring problem I had, and arranged the correct parts and accessories for my project needs Will certainly deal with Steve again for my future automotive accessories needs.

Great place for new after market parts, for most makes and models. Staff are extremely helpful coupled with a great array of knowledge. The service is friendly, staff go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Pricing is competitive with the likes of the other 2 local automotive parts stores.

WOW... what amazing customer service. From my first enquiry the service was professional, friendly and super knowlegable . I then had some confusion re the specific part I was sourcing and one of the technical team offered to ring my garage/mechanic to clarify. Marianne was awesome and found a way to deliver the parts, early the next morning, so that my mechanic could do the work - I was holed up waiting for the results of a Covid test and was so, so grateful for this excellent customer service. Also great pricing of parts. I Couldn't recommend the Morayfield team highly enough. BIG thanks.

Very helpful staff, great prices. Quality gear there.

The lady here was very helpful and quick to follow-up on parts I needed before I left for my holiday. Reasonable pricing too.
