Ordered a gorgeous fresh bouquet for graduation. My partner was so happy! Beautiful flowers and great quality.

Walked in to quickly grab a bundle of flowers for a friend’s birthday, and I was immediately met with a rude attitude from the shop attendant. I asked if we could see something a bit prettier (as in something blooming), and his response was "everything is in the fridge and I’m not gonna walk to the back over and over to show you things you like until you want them, so what do you mean by prettier." Mind you, we never intended that and just wanted a quick little bouquet, and he didn’t have to go to the back at all to begin with. It was unnecessarily hostile and rude. The two kids that were with me were visibly uncomfortable with the way I was spoken to, so we decided to leave before things escalated. I thanked him for the time and left, and as we left, the attendant was yelling after us and said "I was just trying to ask you a question, jeez." Which we felt was incredibly inappropriate to not only to in front of paying patrons, but in front of children, no less. The man was rude and unkind, unprovoked. Don’t shop here.

I’ve been to this florist on two different occasion to get graduation banquets and Lauren was just so so so amazing! I can’t thank her enough !!! She put together such beautiful banquets that look stunning in photos. Needed last minute bouqets, all other florists rejected me because they were too busy (it was graduation day so all florists had an influx of orders to prepare), Queen St Flower Co was no exception, yet amidst their busyness they still catered to me and gave me their best available option. The instructions are straightforward, you give them a color palette and a budget, and they do the rest for you! Bouqets turned out beautiful even with such minimal budgets, the flowers in the pics were only $60 and $90! So happy with their service and will definitely come again.
