Check your receipt carefully before paying. This was extremely frustrating. I was charged a lot more than what was marked on the clearance items and only realised after paying and ariving home, upon checking the receipt to the marked clearance items which meant I now have to drive back to the store to resolve it—wasting both time and fuel. Do not assume the shelf price is what you will actually be charged at this store. The amount taken from my bank account did not match the marked prices, and staff did clearly can't be bothered to check or do their job properly with marked prices or at very least to check before processing the payment and over charging the clients. Great bussness model your running. Very disappointing experience shopping at Pillow talk.

Items I wanted were not available online, I rang Maroochydore store to see if they had the items in stock. They did. I drove into town to collect. staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Great product selection available. Good sale items in stock as well. Bought more than I went in for

Hi I entered the store last week, I was just looking not intending to buy as I was taking my friend out who is in a wheelchair for an outing. I was greeted by a young lady named Rebecca who was helping me with quilt covers and sheets. What an amazing young lady you have working for the company. She not only helped me but was very accomodating to my friend in wheelchair. Also the assistant manager Karen D went above and beyond to help my friend and I with our purchases. I felt a warm and welcoming vibe from Karen. I walked out with quilt, sheets, quilt cover and coverlets. We will be back for sure 5 stars for service.

We had excellent service in your Maroochydore store this morning. The assistant knew exactly what we wanted and had very good product knowledge, showing us coordinating items. Very happy experience.

Unfortunately I do not know the name of the staff member who attended to me yesterday, but she was most helpful and guided me to the best option for my needs. She was polite, friendly and obliging and I was very happy with my visit.

Just had excellent customer service from shop assistant ‘Julie’. I’m having up and coming surgery and she helped me with all my needs. Good priced items!!!
