Officeworks Maroochydore

I am disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this Officeworks store. Staff members were unresponsive and appeared unwilling to provide assistance. The waiting time for support was excessive, and when assistance was finally provided, my concerns were not addressed in a professional or satisfactory manner. Overall, the experience did not meet reasonable customer service standards. I trust that management will review this feedback and take appropriate steps to improve service quality.

I had one of the best retail experiences of my near 60 year life today. Was trying to solve a wifi problem. To cut to the chase , I was saved a lot of time and frustration by a sales assistant who not only had a deep knowledge of the products but also the communication skills to explain the simplest solution. Thanks again James👍

I have been here a number of times recently and am impressed by the high level of customer service. The staff are friendly and helpful. If I can’t find a staff member where I’m looking, I go to the staff at the door and ask them to send someone to help, and someone turns up within minutes.

Apparently, this store is located in New Zealand. When I placed an order, they started by chopping down the trees, manufacturing the paper, printing, and then shipping it long long long way to Sippy Downs. For such a grand half month journey, they only charged me $8 for delivery. Honestly, what a bargain for such ‘dedicated’ craftsmanship

Officeworks is to my wife what Bunnings is to me. You see, she’s got this stationery fetish and not the mild kind. I’m talking full-blown, wide-eyed excitement at the sight of a new range of pens or highlighters. She’ll say she just needs to pop in to grab some sticky notes or the pens she has to use at work, and three hours later she’s still in there, wandering the aisles, drooling over notebooks, fancy folders, and things she might need one day… just in case. Meanwhile, I’m wondering if I should go home, start a new life, or just accept that she now lives among the laminators and label makers. I can’t really complain though as she lets me loose in Bunnings, and I come out just as broke and happy. So, fair’s fair. All up, Officeworks is clean, well-stocked, and dangerously appealing to anyone with a love for pens, paper, or perfectly organised chaos. Four stars only because I can’t give five to the store responsible for my wife’s growing Sharpie collection. Who knew there were so many colours? Whatever happened to just plain old black and red?

Recent visit to Officeworks Maroochydore was less than impressive. Customer service is very lacking. Went in for a replacement monitor because the one I’d bought there 16months prior had suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. Was left to browse the stock but when I needed assistance there was no staff to be seen. I eventually tracked down someone only to be told they’ll get a staff member to help me with my stock inquiry. Waited for over 10mins and still no staff came. I finally tracked down another staff member who didn’t really seem to want to help that much. Eventually I left with a new monitor only to get that home and find out that the HDMI cable or port is not working, straight out of the box! Also the audio port doesn’t seem to work either. I will have to wait to find something else I can test them on, in case it is my device (for the HDMI input) and my cable (for the audio input). I’ll be even less impressed if I have to return a brand new monitor that isn’t working correctly again!

Went in to buy printer today, had amazing customer service experience with Simon! He was a great help! Knowledgeable! Extremely helpful. Thank u Simon! Your an asset to Maroochydore team
