First time ordering flowers to be delivered. I live out in the outback and had Sarah’s team arrange a delivery for my mum. She absolutely loved the surprise. Thank you ☺️

My partner ordered flowers as a surprise for me. Let me start with one very basic question: If something is meant to be a surprise, is it appropriate to text the recipient at 7:42am to ask whether the delivery is okay? He specifically paid extra for delivery before 12pm. However, the message I personally received from this business clearly stated "by 5pm". So which is it? To make it worse, the flowers were delivered after 5:10pm, once I had already finished work and left. As a result, in Cairns heat, the flowers sat out and I received them the next morning completely wilted. This is Cairns. Anyone who has ever handled flowers here knows what happens if they are left out in this weather. Is this your first time selling flowers? If you want to completely ruin a surprise, receive misleading delivery information, and end up with dead flowers the next day — then by all means, order from here. Highly disappointing from start to finish.
