My boyfriend ordered from this shop today for Valentine’s Day spent $150 on 2 big rose bouquets and received a shitty bunch of daisies or even weeds which look like they’re from COLES and cost no more than $10. My boyfriend has messaged the shop with no response and no refund, I would never recommend this florist, and I am breaking up with him because of this. Disgusting. Thanks for SHIT Valentine’s Day.

Absolutely appalling. Spent 70 dollars on pink tulips for my girlfriend, as soon as she got them they were droopy and pretty much dead. I do not recommend, this is severely disappointing. Especially for the amount of money I spent.

Possibly the worst flower company in Melbourne. Flowers were not bloomed and died without blooming. Horrible presentation. This cost $80. WARNING/EDIT: contacted the company as per their response. They said they would provide a replacement. Never did. Just avoid dealing with them.

Ordered a bunch of roses for Mother’s Day yesterday and had them delivered. They were mostly buds and already droopy, but immediately put in water. They are now barely two days old, and look like they are one gust of wind from death. Absolute rip off for $60+ I spent.

The flowers I received from them were nothing like the pictures on their website and quite frankly an embarrassment to them as a florist. They replaced a $20 card I ordered and purchased for another that they chose that is totally in appropriate. I appreciate that they are busy with weddings and events but that does not excuse poor flower delivery service.

I spent $69.86 for flowers and chocolate, didn't see chocolate at all, can't find any contact number on webpage or Uber Eats. Very disappointed.

Disgusting is one word I'd use for this florist paid for roses that look nothing like they did in the photos paying about 60 dollars for theses
