DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH BUT THE LOWEST I CAN RATE. My sister ordered flowers for my birthday from UK. They arrived the night before. No card just a typed message on the delivery docket. The size of the bouquet was pathetic, I am embarrassed that my sister spent a lot of money to have such a poor display. Perhaps florists don't realise that recipients often send a photo to the sender to say thank you. I tried to make the flowers look more than what they actually were but she was still disappointed. How is this company still allowed to trade after being fined a million dollars for their rip off services? 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND The photo shows the Bloomex flowers next to a supermarket bunch which look far better! What a difference.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I ordered a gift for my best friend’s birthday—a box of chocolates, a bottle of wine, and a bouquet of flowers. I even paid extra for the upgraded, fuller version of the bouquet to make it extra special. Unfortunately, what was delivered didn’t match what was advertised on their website. The bouquet looked nothing like the photos, and honestly, flowers from a supermarket would have looked better—and cost far less. I just wanted to surprise my friend and make her day, and while she appreciated the gesture, I was left feeling disappointed and let down. The presentation looked cheap and not at all worth the price. Don’t recommend using this company.

The $86 "Deluxe Upgrade" Sweet Memories hamper. Is this a joke? I think there's about $6 of items here. Scam.

Do not order from this company paid a premium for some nice flowers they showed up at 4:45pm squished in a box, look they had been sitting in the sun all day, the balloon was missing from the order, the nice note message was on a torn bit of paper. Absolutely disgusting. I will be requesting a full refund.

Absolutely woeful service. Placed an order 48hrs early to ensure order would be prepared on time, not the case at all.. delivered at 7pm at night for a birthday. The flowers looked like they were picked out of the Sahara desert, nothing like the website advertised. It’s not as if they were cheap either.

This florist does not even deserve one star. I received some flowers for my birthday from my cousin in Sydney. It was delivered very late, when the flowers arrived they were not even wrapped properly and was put in a big bloomex box, there were no senders name, the birthday card was blank nothing written in it or even who the flowers were from. I had to make several telephone calls to find out who it was that sent me the flowers. Upon speaking to the sender I did not want to tell her in what state the flowers got to me. She advised me that she had ordered some orchids but instead they put together 6 pink rose buds and one stem of another flower. When I called to complain the lady on the telephone was rude and I had to hang up. I would not recommend using bloomex. Very poor services

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I placed an order one week in advance to ensure plenty of time for proper preparation & delivery . • Late Delivery: The flowers were delivered after 4.30PM, and it was already getting dark. • Poor Quality vs. Expectations: What I received was nothing like what was advertised (see attached photos). I paid for a premium floral arrangement, beautifully styled with a matching box of chocolates. Instead, I received a bouquet that looked cheap and thrown together, a complete mismatch from what was shown on the website. • Zero Communication: I attempted to contact them via email to check on the delivery status and I received no reply whatsoever. Even after sending a follow-up email with photos of what was received, there has still been no response. The complete lack of customer service, misleading advertising, and poor quality control make this a vendor I would strongly advise others to avoid.
