Parkmore Fresh Flower Market

Went to buy a number of flower arrangements at this place today. 2 of my items were clearly marked and advertised at $30 each, but scanned at $35 each. The shop assistant refused to sell them to me at the advertised price, resulting in me walking away from a $100 purchase. I will report the business to Consumer Affairs as this is false advertising.

Ordered a corsage and a boutineer for my year 12 formal. Looked very beautiful and fresh. The flowers were secure and did not fall off the bracelet during the night. Thank you! I will order flowers from you again

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience here was appalling. I came in to buy flowers for my two daughters, who were performing on stage, and the entire process was incredibly frustrating. At the counter, the lady shoved the flowers into a plastic bag without any care. When I asked if she could wrap them properly, she claimed they were short on wrapping paper. I questioned why she didn’t mention this before taking my money, but she completely ignored me. Horrified, I asked for a refund and again inquired about the lack of wrapping. She then said wrapping costs extra—which was never communicated to me—and her earlier claim about running low on wrapping paper didn’t make sense. The whole experience was confusing and frustrating. These women were unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no care for their customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and frankly, the staff should be reconsidered.

Today 6/3/21, I waited in line for a while to purchase a bunch of tulips at $7/bunch as displayed. However, when I was at the registered, I was told by the florist/seller that it was $10/bunch. When I pointed out that the display was clearly $7/bunch. She simply said 'Someone put down the wrong price. Do you want it or not?', quite passive aggressively. It was a very unpleasant experience for me as a customer. No sorry for the wait, no apologise for the confusion with the price tag. I didn't make the purchase because I would rather do business elsewhere and I wouldn't come back as well, even though I am a frequent customer and I have been purchasing regularly even during the lockdown last year to support the business. It was very disappointing! Last time when I was there, I bought about 4 indoor plants at once and the receipt was just ridiculous, it wouldn't say what you bought. It was just a whole bunch of random price tags, but adding up to your total amount because they didn't have the correct price tag for each plant. It was very unprofessional.

Ordered a corsage last minute, they walked me through my options. Picked up my order in 2hrs. Most places rejected my order as they required a 24hr notice. I've been back every month for flowers since they're the most reliable and affordable florist in melbourne. Thank you for your services.

I’ve been going here as it is local, otherwise customer service is non existent and flowers don’t look very fresh. If you’ve got time, save your money go somewhere better. Bit overpriced if you ask me

I’ve bought flowers from here on several occasions because they are local. Flowers don’t ever seem to look fresh or of good quality. Disappointing customer service if you can call it that. They talk loudly amongst themselves (staff) as if customers are transparent. Long wait times if only one staff available and no apology. Really awkward, unfriendly service and low quality flowers in a nutshell.
