I always feel happy whenever I visit Horby Floral Fantasy! I recently purchased a bouquet of red roses, and I was impressed by how fresh they were. They also offered me a great price, which made the experience even better. The customer service was excellent, making my visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this floral shop and will definitely be coming back again!

I chose flowers that were on display in the store for a special occasion. The display looked a few days old so I asked the florist if they could prepare a fresh bunch that I could buy that were the same as those on display. She said she could and that it would take 15 minutes. I said I would come and pick them up and she asked me to pay which I did ($135.00). When I came back in about 20 minutes, the flowers were ready and I picked them up and left without checking first. When I got back home in Hornsby, 5.minutes drive from the florist. I checked the flowers and noticed that they were old and some were starting to wither. It seems as if they just sprayed the old flowers on display and wrapped them. I know the onus is on me to check however if you ask for fresh flowers and they say they can provide fresh flowers then they should. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They spoiled a special occasion with their dishonesty. Very disappointed.

Generally good experiences here, friendly staff. However, they made some mistakes on my pre-order. May be better suited for choosing flowers only at the time of purchase.

Bought two orchids from the shop, absolutely lovely and last! Strongly recommend! It is a beautiful store, never seen any shop like this before! STUNNING!

In my opinion, poor customer experience. The bunch sizes have shrunk significantly compared to previous visits — noticeably less for the same price. The stock quality is also disappointing. You have to sort through the bunches yourself to avoid droopy or wilted flowers, which shouldn’t be necessary at these prices. The wrapping was careless and crumpled — more like takeaway packaging than a gift-worthy bouquet. I had to rewrap them at home. Upon unwrapping, I also noticed several flowers had signs of black spot disease and were already starting to die — something that wasn’t visible at the time of purchase. Honestly, I’ve had better quality from supermarket flowers than from this florist, which is really disappointing given the price and expectations. Overall, it feels like quality and presentation have gone downhill. Not worth returning for.
